Hi All - Wilde here, providing my first CSF member post!
To kick start my 'residency' on the blog, here is our first club video featuring the two newest CSF members, Bobby and I.
To set the scene - DWYB 22/07/2009. Bobby and I have only a few hours seat-experience between us. It is our second drift day on our way to becoming drifters; Bobby steps up to the kidney track eager for his first taste of real drift. Keen not to be left behind, I follow...
Anyone who has played the original Gran Tourismo might see where we picked up a bit of inspiration from.
We also managed to capture some good HD footage and loads of nice photo snaps which may follow at a later date!
Anyway, a petite disclaimer:
- Video shot on the day with no planning
- Shot using a compact digital camera and no tripod :S

As he got it. Minus the club sticker. That was the first mod.
Hardtop purchase on like day two of ownership...
Cleaned face with import plate and my offset plate bracket.
Starting to look good at this point.

So i end this story thinkg how awsome Leo's roadster has turned out!! I love it!!!! GOK needs a clean up XD

Drift practice 24/06/09
On the 24th it was the day of practice lol. Leo just fresh off the roadster line and keen to learn drifting made it along for a day's tuition with me.
Bobby, a more exprienced driver also made it along, as well as Albert & Darren with the stegea support car. Also Micheal made the visit in his lovely RX8!! But did not drift it ;)
As you will see, there is no sign of GOK. The reason being as i was there to assist and give my advice where possible.
Here are some pics from the days action.
Both had doughnuts and figure of eight sorted by the end of the day. Leo did great as a complete novice. Think what i said sunk in and from just circling a cone at the start of the day, to burning rubber at the end, id say he has "it" XD
I on the other hand got stupidly sun burnt and was cursing having the hardtop off hehe =D
